Family Health West is pleased to announce Diana Wright, PA-C, as a new physician assistant at the Access Clinic in Fruita.
Diana has lived all over Colorado including the Front Range and Western Slope. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and then a Masters of Medical Science (MMS) from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. She continued on to receive a Physician Assistant Certification from Red Rocks Community College in Denver, Colorado.
“My primary focus is working in the Access Clinic, although I will occasionally fill in at the Colorado Canyons Hospital ER and for the hospitalists,” said Diana. “I’m looking forward to working with the folks on this end of the valley to provide them prompt and easy access to health care when other options are not available.”
“Diana’s dedication and commitment to providing excellent care align with our mission and we feel fortunate to have Diana at Family Health West,” said Family Health West Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer, Lori Randall.
In her free time, Diana enjoys the outdoors. She adds, “When I’m not working, I’m usually climbing a trail or a rock somewhere!”
