Anouk Kincaid, PT graduated from the physical therapy program at the Hogeschool Heerlen in the Netherlands. Anouk has been board certified in the United States since 1994. Anouk has 20 years of experience of treating pediatric and neurologically impaired clients. Her pediatric expertise includes patients with Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Developmental Delays, Torticollis, Spina Bifida and others. Adult experience includes treating patients with Spinal Cord Injuries, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Multiple Sclerosis. She is certified in the Ride Designs custom seating systems and specializes in wheelchair seating evaluations. She also has a subspecialty in amputee gait training and improving function for patients who utilize a lower limb prosthesis. Experience includes new prosthesis users as well as experienced users.
She joined the team at Family Health West in 2007. She is married, has 2 kids and a large family dog. They live in Fruita and enjoy all that the Fruita community has to offer. When not in the clinic, Anouk enjoying skiing, hiking and spending time with family.
