Dr. Bush’s first day at Family Health West Primary Care will be on April 11th, 2022. If you choose to keep her as your primary care provider and need an appointment before then, one of our other primary care providers would be happy to see you in the meantime.

Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Levin attended medical school at the University of Iowa and completed her Residency at St. Mary’s Family Medicine in Grand Junction. She has been serving patients in Fruita for the last several years and remains committed to Family Medicine in Western Colorado.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Levin loves spending time outside and exploring the beauty of western Colorado. Skiing, running, backpacking, and camping with her family and dog are her go-to activities.
