Please be aware, we are a health care provider and masks are still required in all our facilities, even if you are vaccinated. We are doing everything we can to protect our patients, and we appreciate you helping us keep everyone safe.

Instead of receiving imaging results on a CD, you can now securely and easily view your results and records any time from anywhere with PocketHealth.
Using the Medical Record Number (MRN) provided by Family Health West staff, you can enroll for personal access to your imaging records through the PocketHelath Portal. Once enrolled for access, you can view their entire available medical imaging history from Family Health West, share imaging instantly with any medical professional, or even burn your own CD/USB from home.
There is a $5 fee at the time of enrollment which includes permanent access to all previous imaging as well as any new exams patients undergo over the following two weeks. Patients can update their accounts with new imaging records anytime for additional $5 fees.
Alternatively, an annual subscription of $49 is also available to access all existing and future imaging for a patient and up to four consenting family members.
