Tips and tools to implement a healthy diet and break old habits
Join Dr. Angie Gao for a practical and realistic conversation about nutrition in middle age and beyond. Dr. Gao will share tips and tools for making healthier choices, creating sustainable habits, and breaking old patterns without feeling overwhelmed. She will also briefly introduce Dr. Rasmussen, one of Family Health West’s new physicians, who will be shadowing her that morning.
Get an inside look at the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder’s Office and the many services available to our community. Bobbie will cover upcoming elections, how to register and vote, getting or renewing license plates, scheduling appointments online, and other helpful tips to make these processes a little easier.

Fruita Community Center. The class is held in the Peach Room, located directly behind the staff/front desk.
