Integrated with the Whole of FHW:
Our team of integrated behavioral health providers in our FHW Primary Care clinics in Fruita and the Redlands are available to join your medical provider during an office visit or can schedule follow-up visits with you outside of medical appointments. We meet with patients anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, so we’re committed to coming up with a plan that works for you.
In addition, we offer pre-surgical psychological evaluations for other FHW clinics like Pain Specialists and General Surgery. Our focus is to ensure patients are prepared for surgery and have the support they need during the recovery process.

Our behavioral health clinic has been designed to meet the needs of Fruita and its surrounding areas. Our providers have been trained to reach the rural and agricultural members of our community, fostering understanding and compassion for an often overlooked demographic.
